Sails for a Walt Simmons "SUNSHINE" built by Hilford Burton of Hilmark Boats in British Columbia.

A set of Oceanus sails for a steel version of Joshua Slocum's "SPRAY".
She was built over a number of years by Tom Tomlinson, with the plan to cruise and use her in reinactment events.

A main and jib for a CAPE GEORGE 38' Cutter. The "MARTHA B" makes a two year voyage around the world.
Rem and Taylor Briggs have recently returned from an around the world cruise with our sails, putting between 30 and 40 thousand miles on them. 

In the works this winter, a set of Oceanus sails for the Schooner "TIMBERWIND"

A set of sails for the Schooner "CHALLENGE", a permanant indoor exibit of Discovery World, Milwaukee, Wisconcin.
Made of untreated #4 cotton duck, hand roped with handsewn rings and corner work, these sails are made with the details seen on working schooners before the advent of the synthetic canvas materials. These sails are mock-ups, either partially raised, or set to disappear into the ceiling about 15' above the deck. Maine Shipwright Rob Stevens was in charge of the Milwaukee project. www.discoveryworld.org

Four sets of sails for the Hurricane Outward Bound School.
We began last season working with the Rockland Maine Outward Bound School to maintain and replace as needed the rugged spritsails used hard in their outdoor education programs. The school is in the process of designing new boats for the program. www.outward-bound.org

A full batten Oceanus Gaff Mainsail,  and Jib for the 60' Schooner "Bonnie Lynn"
Earl and Bonnie MacKenzie carry passengers for charter;  winters in the Carribean,  summers here in Penobscot Bay.  This schooner is constantly upgraded for safety,  comfort,  and ease of handling.  www.bonnielynn.com
